The Temporary Escalations Case Manager will act as a trusted resource for customer and partner-facing escalation needs, ensuring a positive customer experience through various communication channels. Responsibilities include professionally following up with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution, building trust by providing positive customer experiences, and mitigating negative outcomes. The role involves consistently resolving 30-35 complex cases weekly, identifying and suggesting process improvements, and performing administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned.
