Requirements

Candidates must have over 7 years of professional work experience, with demonstrated success as a strategic advisor during client onboarding, building trusted rapport, making thoughtful recommendations, and guiding clients through complex implementation processes. Experience directly engaging with C-suite executives in a client-facing capacity and strong working knowledge of SQL are required, along with client-facing experience with technical customers. This position is only available to candidates residing in CT, Washington, D.C., FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, MO, NC, PA, RI, SC, TX, and VA.

Responsibilities

The Senior Deployment Engineer will serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients, acting as the authoritative voice on Karat's solutions and building high-level trust relationships. They will partner with global Software Engineers to analyze hiring processes and performance requirements, ensuring precise solution alignment and Karat product delivery. This role involves presenting Karat's technical solution to prospects, architecting and implementing the initial Karat interview framework, conducting strategic reviews with customers, and designing and delivering executive-level training sessions. The engineer will analyze complex performance data, calibrate assessment metrics, and translate findings into actionable strategic recommendations. They will also drive continuous improvement of internal processes by identifying opportunities to deliver additional value to enterprise clients. Up to 20% travel for strategic meetings is expected.
