The Senior Customer Success Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues. They will act as an internal advocate for clients, championing new products and capabilities to facilitate client business expansion with Deel. Responsibilities include focusing on a smaller number of high-value strategic accounts, developing and executing comprehensive account strategies for long-term success, and proactively identifying risks. The role involves rallying and project managing internal stakeholders to address customer issues promptly, building relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding customer business objectives and hiring plans, and creating success plans to maximize customer experience. Regular business reviews to assess the partnership will also be conducted.
