A strategic mindset, deep understanding of professional services, adoption strategies, organization change management, and the ability to deliver impact to customers are essential.
The Senior Customer Success Manager will guide customers through post-sales journeys and AI-powered transformation programs, owning the customer's overall adoption strategy and value delivery plan. This role involves leading end-to-end adoption delivery, coordinating workstreams, and ensuring adherence to success milestones. Responsibilities include serving as the primary client contact, building strong relationships, understanding client needs, tailoring success strategies, and cultivating strategic relationships with key clients to become a trusted advisor on automation. The role also requires collaborating with clients to maximize business impact through automation solutions, staying updated on industry trends, contributing to thought leadership, and working with internal teams to ensure a unified, customer-centric approach and effective issue resolution.
