Requirements

  • Excellent English language skills and ability to work in remote and international teams
  • Experience building customer relationships, including implementation and identification of expansion opportunities
  • 10+ years experience as solutions architect, field engineering or similar customer facing roles such as sales engineering, customer success engineering or DevOps consultant, having worked with SaaS companies
  • Domain knowledge in Cloud Native technologies: Container, Kubernetes and Cloud
  • 10+ years experience with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Helm and API scripting. Familiarity with security and monitoring such as Prometheus or Falco is a plus
  • Ability to work onsite at customer’s office in Pittsburgh at least 1-2 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Sr Director, Customer Success and act as the trusted advisor to customers on the Sysdig Platform
  • Work with customers using Sysdig Secure and Sysdig Monitor product offerings
  • Improve adoption and expansion within customers from a technical angle: from onboarding, to implementation and technical enablement in large enterprise environments where scale, performance, and ad-hoc solutions are complex
  • Understand the customer's requirements, challenges, and expected outcomes and value in their Sysdig journey
  • Work with Product Managers to influence the product roadmap
  • Conduct regular customer visits across EMEA every 4 to 8 weeks
