Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Implementation Specialist will primarily lead new client onboarding for mid/large-sized clients, spanning 60 to 90 days, defining and maintaining implementation programs, tracking key performance indicators, overseeing the implementation process, setting healthy expectations with clients, actively communicating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, assisting with issue escalations, participating in cross-functional groups, leading kickoff calls, overseeing complex process design and setup, serving as a Workstream expert, tracking client activity, conducting training, developing training materials, leveraging feedback for continuous improvement, and designing programs to help customers realize value.
