Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Creatives Producer or similar position, along with excellence in ideation and execution across diverse ad networks such as Meta, TikTok, and Google. They should possess experience in creating user-generated (UGC) and storytelling content, writing persuasive direct response communications, and a strong background in performance marketing driven by insights and analytics. Furthermore, they require strong project and time management skills, empathetic team development skills, and upper-intermediate or advanced English level proficiency.
The Senior Creative Marketing Specialist will proactively help to improve and develop marketing creative strategy across various ad networks, translate insights into actions that resonate with the target audience, innovate using new tools and methodologies to enhance creative output, generate fresh and user-centric creative ideas, analyze UA results and creatives’ performance to improve metrics, conduct market research and competitor analysis, give constant feedback and share best practices with the team, manage full-cycle creatives’ production, collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to optimize processes, and act as a mentor for less experienced teammates. They will also present work with confidence and elegance, clarify underlying reasoning behind creative choices, and operate autonomously and proactively.
