Requirements

  • Strong project manager with 3+ years experience working with marketing teams in high growth environments, preferably in highly regulated industries (e.g. telehealth, healthcare, finance)
  • Experience working with and managing creative assets across various formats (digital, video, social, paid media)
  • Expert proficiency in Asana
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments and excel at navigating stakeholder alignment and communication
  • Ability to confidently guide edit rounds, prioritize feedback, and keep revisions on track with project and brand goals
  • Experience coordinating or managing external partners such as agencies, contractors, or production vendors
  • Basic copywriting or graphic design skills (preferred)
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end creative production workflows across campaigns and creative productions (e.g. digital assets, brand activations), ensuring on-time, on-brand delivery with exceptional quality
  • Lead cross-functional campaign management with internal teams (Marketing, Clinical, Operations, etc.) to define deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and build marketing briefs and reporting systems
  • Build, own, and maintain detailed work-back schedules outlining each phase of creative development from kickoff to final delivery
  • Facilitate and provide consultation on edit rounds, prioritizing feedback, routing revisions efficiently, and ensuring final output meets stakeholder expectations and brand standards
  • Manage and prioritize workloads across creative team members based on capacity, skillsets, and project timelines to maintain smooth workflow and balanced workloads
  • Own execution relationships with external vendors, contractors, and agencies, ensuring proper briefing, resourcing, timeline alignment, and high-quality delivery
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (designers, copywriters, agencies, freelancers) to refine strategic marketing briefs and translate them into compelling creative deliverables
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality across all creative outputs by enforcing guidelines, standards, and review processes
  • Continuously optimize creative operations by identifying process gaps and implementing tools or systems to enhance efficiency, predictability, and throughput
