A deep understanding of end-to-end video production, from planning through editing, is essential. The role requires experience in content strategy informed by user research and performance data, along with excellent organizational skills and a proven track record of managing large teams and complex projects. Proficiency in editing software, familiarity with content testing and data-informed creativity, and a strategic mindset focused on health, fitness, and wellness trends are also necessary.
The Senior Content Producer will lead the development of creative strategies and visual concepts for new content, including workouts and app experiences. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, competitor research, and user behavior studies to identify emerging trends and inform production choices. They will own the end-to-end production cycle for multimedia content, manage production calendars, and oversee all stages to ensure consistency and high standards. This role involves acting as the brand guardian, defining visual standards, promoting inclusive representation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like Product Managers and Designers. Additionally, the Senior Content Producer will mentor junior team members and leverage AI and analytics tools to enhance creativity and drive content decisions.
