Requirements

At least 4 years’ experience in a conference producer role
Strong research, writing and analytical skills
Ability to lead and manage a project with numerous stakeholders and deliverables
Proven time management and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise projects
Fluency in English, another language is desirable
Be able to work independently
Be happy to communicate with colleagues and customers face-to-face, by email and by telephone and project a professional image in all cases
Able to work well under pressure and have good attention to detail
Willing to travel across the region

Responsibilities

Research and write event programmes
Identify and recruit relevant speakers
Develop strong industry knowledge on events roster
Coordinate speakers via email briefings, pre-event calls/meetings
Work with marketing team on event themes, objectives and develop and write copy for marketing materials where required
Support sponsorship sales where necessary and identify sponsorship opportunities
Produce/run the programme on-site/virtually
Build a network of key industry contacts to support the growth of the ION Analytics Community
Take the lead role as project manager on assigned events
Coordinate and run project team meetings
Develop and write a project brief and timeline
Work closely with the team in the London office
Work with other teams across the business
