  • 7-10 years of experience in a B2B event marketing role, with B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
  • Extreme detail-orientation with strong process adherence; capable of managing complex, high-volume schedules and logistics flawlessly
  • Proven ability to connect event strategy directly to measurable pipeline impact and drive conversion against strategic goals
  • Expert-level project and time management skills, and the proven ability to own event execution and lead others (direct and indirect) to meet deadlines
  • Strong capacity for creative event ideation and activation, coupled with self-motivation to think through problems and come up with innovative solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal professionally (inferred from "Leadership and Influence")
  • Preparedness to travel regularly (up to 3x monthly during busy seasons like October, with a minimum of 1x monthly)

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-volume event execution: Oversee the end-to-end planning, build, and execution of a complex and demanding event portfolio (approximately 6 to 8 in-person events per month), ensuring seamless on-site logistical experience
  • Pioneer creative activation: Implement unique event programs, leveraging creative ideation and activation skills to develop outstanding, scalable in-person experiences that drive new business and upsells—including specialized, high-touch events like Michelin star restaurant lunch & learns
  • Drive pipeline & metrics: Own pipeline targets, marketing lead funnel, and conversion metrics for the events program, speaking fluently in leads/conversion lingo to forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand creation activities
  • Enable sales success: Partner closely with the sales team to ensure strong enablement and alignment on event goals, maximizing follow-up and ROI
  • Cross-functional leadership: Proactively drive cross-functional collaboration with Campaign Ops, Marketing Ops, and Demand Gen teams to ensure event programs are fully integrated and optimized
  • Budget and vendor management: Expertly manage all third-party vendors, contractors, and event budgets, ensuring fiscal accuracy and successful program delivery
  • Serve as the key liaison between marketing, sales enablement, and leadership, acting as the primary driver of event strategy for generating and advancing the sales pipeline through approximately 80 events per quarter
