Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, finance, marketing, or a related field, with an advanced degree being preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or marketing review role within a banking or fintech organization is required. Deep familiarity with consumer banking regulations such as GLBA, Reg Z, Reg E, UDAAP, FCRA, Reg DD, and insurance is highly advantageous. Solid understanding of platforms like WordPress, database administration systems, and marketing tools is necessary. Demonstrated experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting customer complaints with a data-driven approach is essential. Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail, are required. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment is also crucial. Preferred qualifications include the ability to lead process and change management initiatives, strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

The Senior Compliance Analyst will conduct detailed compliance reviews of marketing materials, including product promotions, landing pages, emails, social media, editorial, and digital campaigns, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations like UDAAP and Reg Z. They will provide actionable feedback to Marketing, Product, and other teams, balancing compliance with business goals. The role involves optimizing the marketing review process, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting policy updates. Responsibilities also include managing escalated consumer complaints, identifying trends, and assessing themes to enhance business practices and customer experience. Additionally, the analyst will assist in audits and regulatory examinations related to advertising and consumer disclosures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across compliance, marketing, product development, and customer success efforts.
