Requirements

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience in consumer protection, legal, investigations, compliance, or complex project management, or a Juris Doctorate with a minimum of 5 years of similar experience. A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will investigate program violations, recommend actions, and draft correspondence to entities in violation. They will identify trends in complaints, suggest proactive measures for compliance, and supervise team members, guiding their tasks and career development. Responsibilities also include managing client relationships, organizing meetings, overseeing project deliverables, coordinating with the team lead, tracking progress and metrics, and participating in cross-departmental discussions and ad-hoc requests.
