Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5+ years of experience in security assessment, IT audit, or consulting at a leading professional consulting firm or legal firm, and in-house experience working in a multinational company is a bonus. Strong understanding of global compliance regulations, certification requirements, and privacy laws across various regions is required, along with familiarity with internet business processes and experience in compliance/product workflow design, particularly within the internet or gaming industry. Expertise in global privacy regulations, including privacy principles, operational legal security frameworks, and compliance solutions is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Compliance Analyst will develop, implement, and optimize the company’s compliance standards, processes, and systems, collaborating closely with legal and expert teams to manage compliance reviews for games and products. They will monitor and analyze compliance industry trends, policy changes, and regulatory updates, leading business review planning and implementation to ensure compliance across all business operations, while also fostering a culture of learning within the team and enhancing the professional capabilities of team members.
