Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems Management, Information Security/Risk Management, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience managing audit or risk management functions is required, along with subject matter expertise in internal IT controls frameworks, audit management, and technical security risk management. A passion for people, attention to detail, and a drive for process maturation are also essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, GRC will be responsible for the human resource management of IT Controls & Compliance Specialists, coordinating and maintaining the IT controls framework, and planning audit and assessment timelines. This role will also oversee the enterprise information security risk management program, manage and collaborate with subordinates on technical approaches and risk analysis, and provide guidance on compliance requirements. Responsibilities include ensuring effective administration of IT internal controls, refining control activities, gathering evidence, recommending GRC tool enhancements, maintaining a repository of document artifacts, facilitating IT management attestation of controls, serving as the primary contact with external auditors, and overseeing system security risk analysis and reporting.
