Responsibilities

The Senior Community Content Strategist will own and architect end-to-end content strategies to foster community engagement and growth. They will drive community energy by leveraging user-generated content and creating high-quality editorial, video, social, and interactive content. Responsibilities include staying abreast of industry trends, emerging formats, and AI tools to implement them proactively. Collaboration with community managers, marketers, creatives, and product leaders is key to ensuring content alignment across campaigns and channels. The role involves measuring content performance, iterating based on data, and continuously evolving strategies. Additionally, the strategist will be responsible for reviewing, retiring, and reinventing content to maintain community freshness and socializing strategies, wins, and learnings across the business to highlight the impact of community content.
