Responsibilities

이메일, 웹, 전화를 통해 Snowflake 고객과 파트너들에게 심층적인 분석과 안내를 제공하여 복잡한 문제의 기술적 해결책을 도출
고객 문제에 대한 기대를 넘어선 빠른 해결을 보장하기 위해 응답 SLA 및 에스컬레이션 프로세스를 준수
문제 해결 능력과 프로세스 지향적 태도를 보임
Snowflake 환경, 커넥터, 서드파티 파트너 소프트웨어 및 도구를 활용하여 문제를 조사
알려진 해결책을 내외부 지식 베이스에 문서화
고객이 제기한 기능 요청과 잘 문서화한 버그를 보고
고객 요청사항의 우선순위를 정하고 이를 해결하기 위해 엔지니어링 팀과 협력
다양한 기술 지원 이니셔티브에 참여
