Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in business development and sales, specifically within the healthcare payer and PBM industries. Strong knowledge of payer business models, PBM workflows, and digital healthcare transformation is essential, as is the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities. Experience in structuring multi-million-dollar outsourcing and transformation deals, including hybrid onshore-offshore models, is required.
The Client Partner – Healthcare (Payers & PBMs) will be responsible for developing and growing Brillio’s relationships within key payer and PBM accounts, driving revenue growth, and executing a strategic account plan. This includes identifying and converting new business opportunities across digital transformation, AI, cloud, automation, data & analytics, and cybersecurity, focusing on areas like call center automation, AI-driven claims automation, and interoperability solutions. The role also involves leading and structuring multi-million-dollar outsourcing and transformation deals, defining engagement models, leveraging Brillio’s India-based Centers of Excellence, and driving contract negotiations.
