Requirements

  • Experience in client relationship management within advertising or performance marketing, particularly in mobile in-app advertising

  • Ability to conduct campaign analysis, provide consultative guidance, and lead weekly/bi-weekly discussions and quarterly business reviews
  • Proficiency in tracking account revenue, delivery priorities, and preparing reports for CXO-level meetings
  • Skills in up-selling/cross-selling, account retention, revenue, and margin goal achievement
  • Capability to coordinate with sales, traders, ad operations, and sales engineering teams on operational and strategic initiatives
  • Familiarity with market-leading technologies like SKAN, in-app mobile exchanges, telco/OEM inventory

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships to become their top partner and maximize campaigns' ROI by understanding objectives, KPIs, and key details (technical, integration, creative, supply, delivery)
  • Lead campaign analysis and reviews; provide consultative guidance during weekly/bi-weekly discussions and lead/conduct quarterly business reviews
  • Track account-wise revenue and delivery priorities week on week, preparing reports for weekly CXO-level meetings
  • Achieve quarterly account retention, revenue, and margin goals; up-sell/cross-sell to increase book of business
  • Coordinate with sales team on strategic account planning and execution
  • Partner with internal teams (traders, ad operations) on day-to-day operations and high-impact strategic improvements to campaign performance
  • Work with sales engineering team to liaise with third-party partners
