The Team

You will be joining the client delivery team, supporting European enterprise clients through their technology transformation journeys and long-term migration projects. The Client Delivery Lead is responsible for managing a tech domain (billing, finance, comms) for client projects, either migrating to the Kraken platform or managing long-term technology requirements. This role requires partnership with Kraken's technology and operational teams, as well as the client, to deliver results. The Client Delivery Lead must understand how Kraken works, identify client problems or requests, and refine solutions by leveraging existing and new capabilities. You will also support clients in adapting to ways of working aligned with Kraken's development style and act as a liaison between clients and Kraken's product managers and developers for development needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with enterprise client counterparts (often product owners and business owners).
• Travel to meet clients across Spain.
• Serve as the first point of contact for tech development and the escalation/resolution point for specific domain/product issues with customers.
• Act as the knowledge base for how Kraken works and how we deliver the Kraken Platform.
• Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities internally to enable the ongoing development of the Kraken platform.
• Summarize and articulate client needs, considerations, and timelines internally.
• Support the engineering team in delivering product features.
• Challenge clients to think differently about tech development, embracing a continuous iteration and deployment approach.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor position. The role is European-based, and projects could be run from any country; travel is expected.
