Requirements

  • At least two years experience in a technical, operational, or analytical role
  • Experience in data gathering, data management, data presentation, stakeholder management and business analysis
  • Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
  • Desire to adapt to business changes and learn new things
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel), and Google Workplace
  • High degree of judgment and discretion in managing stakeholder concerns, with strong problem solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks and concerns
  • Ability to analyze, manage and handle stakeholder expectations
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in learning technologies such as SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce, Hadoop (preference for experience with these or similar)
  • Ability to work in a self-directed manner
  • Willing to work on a night shift
  • Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)

Responsibilities

  • Work across multiple departments to support the SDR, BDR, and Field Sales Organizations
  • Assist in reporting and analytics, data management, data presentation, stakeholder management, business analysis, and streamlining of operating processes
  • Develop new reports and dashboards using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
  • Run data updates, root cause investigation, and ad hoc reports as necessary to support business needs
  • Update and maintain existing management reports and dashboards to provide business updates and pull ad hoc reports
  • Gather feedback and independently identify ways to improve reporting and data collection
  • Present gathered data, work with the Sales Operations team to improve existing reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven analytics on key operational concerns
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams – build relationships, prioritize tasks, facilitate meetings and project work across multiple locations including global offices
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to provide visibility to current performance and operational trends
  • Identify abnormalities within regular reporting or data asks (e.g., Dashboard is blank, data update failed)
  • Create standard operating procedure documents and new SOP documents to assist with streamlining process flows
