At least two years experience in a technical, operational, or analytical role
Experience in data gathering, data management, data presentation, stakeholder management and business analysis
Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
Desire to adapt to business changes and learn new things
Solid proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel), and Google Workplace
High degree of judgment and discretion in managing stakeholder concerns, with strong problem solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks and concerns
Ability to analyze, manage and handle stakeholder expectations
Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interest in learning technologies such as SQL, Tableau, and Salesforce, Hadoop (preference for experience with these or similar)
Ability to work in a self-directed manner
Willing to work on a night shift
Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
Responsibilities
Work across multiple departments to support the SDR, BDR, and Field Sales Organizations
Assist in reporting and analytics, data management, data presentation, stakeholder management, business analysis, and streamlining of operating processes
Develop new reports and dashboards using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
Run data updates, root cause investigation, and ad hoc reports as necessary to support business needs
Update and maintain existing management reports and dashboards to provide business updates and pull ad hoc reports
Gather feedback and independently identify ways to improve reporting and data collection
Present gathered data, work with the Sales Operations team to improve existing reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven analytics on key operational concerns
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams – build relationships, prioritize tasks, facilitate meetings and project work across multiple locations including global offices
Conduct in-depth analysis to provide visibility to current performance and operational trends
Identify abnormalities within regular reporting or data asks (e.g., Dashboard is blank, data update failed)
Create standard operating procedure documents and new SOP documents to assist with streamlining process flows
