Requirements

  • Passion for brands and partnerships, with desire to actively shape their success
  • University degree (e.g., business administration, marketing or equivalent)
  • Several years of professional experience in brand or partner management
  • Experience steering a portfolio based on relevant KPIs
  • Ideally, initial experience with the company's brands or in the gift card sector
  • Initial leadership experience and enjoyment in leading and motivating a team professionally
  • Ability to recognize and strategically utilize market and consumer trends to create value for partners and customers
  • Strong communication skills: convincing in meetings, reliable in exchanges, confident with various stakeholders including management level
  • Structured working style, personal responsibility, and hands-on mentality
  • German at minimum C1 level and fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for strategic brands and purposefully develop partnerships
  • Steer the entire brand portfolio along relevant KPIs and company goals
  • As a functional lead, prioritize tasks in the team, set clear deadlines, and coordinate closely with the Director Brand & Partner Management and Purchasing
  • Together with Sales and Business Development, identify new market and consumer trends and derive opportunities for partners
  • Prepare and confidently lead partner meetings (in-person, via Teams, or in customer setups with Sales)
  • Act as central point of contact and sparring partner for various stakeholders in projects
