University degree (e.g., business administration, marketing or equivalent)
Several years of professional experience in brand or partner management
Experience steering a portfolio based on relevant KPIs
Ideally, initial experience with the company's brands or in the gift card sector
Initial leadership experience and enjoyment in leading and motivating a team professionally
Ability to recognize and strategically utilize market and consumer trends to create value for partners and customers
Strong communication skills: convincing in meetings, reliable in exchanges, confident with various stakeholders including management level
Structured working style, personal responsibility, and hands-on mentality
German at minimum C1 level and fluent English

Responsibilities

Take responsibility for strategic brands and purposefully develop partnerships
Steer the entire brand portfolio along relevant KPIs and company goals
As a functional lead, prioritize tasks in the team, set clear deadlines, and coordinate closely with the Director Brand & Partner Management and Purchasing
Together with Sales and Business Development, identify new market and consumer trends and derive opportunities for partners
Prepare and confidently lead partner meetings (in-person, via Teams, or in customer setups with Sales)
Act as central point of contact and sparring partner for various stakeholders in projects
