Proven experience in People Operations or HR Administration, ideally at a Senior Associate level
Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and employment legislation
Excellent project management skills — organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
High proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills — clear, confident, and people-focused
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges with confidence and clarity
A collaborative working style and the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it) is desirable and will be considered an asset

Responsibilities

Delivery of a seamless and welcoming experience for new joiners, setting the tone for their journey at Interpath
Managing employee records and HR systems with precision, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Partnering with People Business Partners to identify and implement process improvements that make a real difference
Providing expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and employees
Contributing to strategic projects in performance management, organisational development, and employee engagement
Supporting and coaching junior team members, helping them develop and succeed
