Requirements

  • Proven experience in People Operations or HR Administration, ideally at a Senior Associate level
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and employment legislation
  • Excellent project management skills — organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills — clear, confident, and people-focused
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges with confidence and clarity
  • A collaborative working style and the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it) is desirable and will be considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of a seamless and welcoming experience for new joiners, setting the tone for their journey at Interpath
  • Managing employee records and HR systems with precision, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Partnering with People Business Partners to identify and implement process improvements that make a real difference
  • Providing expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and employees
  • Contributing to strategic projects in performance management, organisational development, and employee engagement
  • Supporting and coaching junior team members, helping them develop and succeed
