Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Associate will lead AML and onboarding processes for Tier 3 investors, manage and mentor the Investor Services team, and drive process improvement by identifying opportunities to automate and centralize client service activities. They will also collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and third-party providers to enhance client experience and represent client needs in internal working groups focused on service optimization and operational efficiency.
