Requirements

Candidates should possess expert proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write clean and efficient code and review team member’s code with a critical eye; they should have exposure to Python for data analysis or automation, intermediate proficiency using a data visualization/BI tool, demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn new analytical approaches, excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and experience working with various types of raw data including medical/Rx claims data, eligibility data, product data, and survey data.

Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst I will develop tailored reporting packages to support business review meetings with clients, dive deep into the data platform to answer client-centric performance questions, scale insightful analyses to deliver to the market, build dashboards and automation workflows, partner with teams to support cross-functional efforts, engage as a collaborative partner to the Client Success team, translate findings into actionable recommendations for clients, partner with cross-functional teams to resolve data blockers, develop robust data models and analyses, document repeatable processes and analyses, and occasionally travel to client sites and company offices for meetings.
