Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline, and ideally have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Experience with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift) and ETL processes is preferred.
The Lead Business Intelligence Analyst will partner with Sales, GTM, and Customer Success teams to translate stakeholder needs into data requirements, define consistent metrics for program success, and build dashboards and models to communicate program impact to executives and stakeholders. They will also present trends and performance signals, drive stakeholder alignment on data definitions, and empower stakeholders with self-service analytics resources. Furthermore, the role involves designing analytics products with foresight and collaborating with Product & Engineering to prioritize data instrumentation and product analytics.
