Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner for accounts; maintain and optimize relationships through business management, outreach, strategic planning and championing business changes
  • Proactively identify and share account trends, seller feedback or competitor activity with internal teams to support strategy development and/or process improvement
  • Present KPI performance decks and insights to strategic accounts on a monthly basis, identifying key opportunities
  • Streamline new account onboarding process for new accounts; initiate and supervise the operational setup, ensuring seamless integration
  • Support execution of seller/account initiatives and team projects
  • Provide dedicated customer support for accounts, promptly resolving any issues
  • Identify themes and opportunity areas for sellers, proposing action plans where necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams in ensuring product is listed for sale in a timely manner
  • Drive business by prospecting existing connections and proactively sourcing new accounts
