Responsibilities

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for growing top-line revenue by developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers. They will guide and counsel customers on the use of company products and services, manage assigned accounts as the primary contact, and ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and deliverables. This role involves coordinating and executing plans for increased product usage through sales analysis and customer business reviews, presenting contracts, and developing sales plans to achieve revenue growth and gross margin objectives while adhering to pricing guidelines and company policies.
