Responsibilities

The Alliance Lead will serve as the main liaison for key strategic BioPharma accounts, providing operational guidance, governance leadership, and strategic partnership expertise. They will drive account growth, foster long-term client relationships, ensure delivery excellence, and shape joint strategic roadmaps with senior client leadership. This role involves business development, leading resolution of escalations, representing Central Labs for enterprise-wide issues, influencing senior leadership across divisions, and championing innovation in partnership models. The Alliance Lead will also provide strategic leadership to the Alliance Leadership community and set the long-term vision for BioPharma alliance management capabilities.
