Skills in project management, contract negotiation, and executive-level presentations are essential, along with experience in A/B optimization testing and collaborating within a large matrixed organization. Familiarity with credit risk underwriting or 3rd party model hosting is beneficial, as are strategy consulting, knowledge of the rewards credit card space, AI experience, and an MBA or related Master's degree.
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding, program strategy, account management, and optimization of assigned credit card issuer partnerships. This includes developing and implementing strategic account growth plans, presenting executive-level quarterly business reviews, and monitoring key program metrics. Responsibilities also involve researching industry developments, building long-term partner relationships, coordinating program changes and account operations, ensuring program compliance with marketing guidelines, and fostering internal relationships with the broader Experian sales and operations teams. The role requires representing the partner's voice internally and managing new program initiatives and optimizations from inception to completion, with an estimated 20-30% travel requirement.
