Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in the Robotics industry, with required manufacturing and supply chain industry experience. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets, unparalleled verbal and written communication skills, and a firm grasp of product development and related business requirements are essential. Experience driving consultative, solution-based sales and expanding within strategic industry verticals is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Account Executive will work closely with clients to understand their business goals, financial KPIs, vision, mission, initiatives, organizational structures, and operating models. They will identify and develop prototyping and production-class manufacturing programs to improve customer time to market. Responsibilities include delivering sales presentations, organizing on-site meetings, building relationships at all organizational levels, and engaging in sales enablement and training activities. Prospecting to build a healthy pipeline, meeting sales quotas, maintaining accurate forecasting in Salesforce.com, generating new business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, representing the company at industry events, becoming an expert in customer needs, expanding the company's reputation, traveling to meet customers, and collaborating cross-functionally to win deals are also key duties.
