Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Systems with proficiency in various computer programs and systems. Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are required. Excellent problem-solving abilities, the capacity to manage multiple high-priority tasks, and a self-motivated, quick-learning attitude are essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are also necessary. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 20% are required.

Responsibilities

Assist customers by utilizing robot vision systems to ensure efficient resolution of their needs. Provide escalation support for short-term problem resolution activities and maintain a work ethic centered around customer satisfaction. Collaborate within the team to accomplish tasks and tag team when necessary for swift resolutions. Document solution processes and customer/support activities regularly. Communicate within the team to identify and eliminate inefficiencies and provide feedback for continuous improvement of perception services, software development, and quality. This role requires flexible hours, including potential weekend and holiday shifts on rotation, and participation in an on-call schedule for after-hours support.
