Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required, and prior remote work experience is preferred.
The Medical Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and managing patient appointments, acting as the main point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers, maintaining accurate patient records, coordinating with home care teams, resolving scheduling conflicts, accurately inputting data into the scheduling system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy laws, and providing updates and addressing scheduling concerns.
