The typical pay range for this role is $46,597.00 - $101,228.00.

Yes, this is a work-at-home position, with preference given to residents of MST and PST time zones.

Candidates must be a Registered Dietitian (RD) with required licensure in the state of residence if applicable, hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field, and have 5+ years of experience in multidisciplinary teams, weight management, disease management, medical nutrition therapy, healthy lifestyle behavior change, and coaching.

Essential skills include being highly organized and flexible in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, empathy, and proficiency in motivational interviewing, ability to work independently and in teams, critical thinking, prioritizing competing priorities, and being self-motivated and dependable.

A strong candidate will have the required RD credential, licensure, degree, and 5+ years of specified experience, plus preferred experience with digital health tools or telehealth platforms like Teams or Zoom; CVS supports the cost of obtaining licensure in multiple states upon hire.
