Requirements

Deep knowledge of Salesforce best practices, especially in security, declarative automation, and data management
Extensive, hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including a mastery of lead and opportunity management
Proven ability to build complex solutions using the Salesforce Lightning Experience and its declarative customization capabilities
Strong proficiency with SOQL for advanced data retrieval and manipulation
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for interpreting complex data and providing actionable recommendations
The ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, gathering intricate requirements and clearly communicating technical information
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Bridge business needs and technical possibilities to ensure practical and scalable solutions
Introduce best practices for AI Agent–driven automation to evolve the platform for decision-making and efficiency
Manage the quality and security of data

Train colleagues on using the system and maximizing its value
