Requirements

Candidates must possess a Salesforce certified developer or architect certification and over 10 years of software engineering experience. Expertise in enterprise application architecture, API development, microservices, and DevSecOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines and tools like AutoRABIT or Copado, is required. Experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks is also necessary, along with excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience, is expected. Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards, as well as experience with API integrations with large-scale mainframe applications and designing custom objects and workflows, are considered strong advantages.
