Requirements

  • Natural leader, even if not yet a formal manager—ready to inspire and elevate a team
  • 5–7 years of sales experience, with a strong track record in both experiential/event sales and digital media
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands and adapting sales strategy to suit each audience and value proposition
  • Confident with pipeline-building, cold outreach, closing, and long-term client growth

  • Experienced with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue: Own and exceed individual and team sales targets across Elomi’s portfolio (Dorsia, Surface Magazine, and The Supper Club)
  • Lead by Example: Actively prospect, pitch, and close deals while modeling best-in-class sales behavior and client management
  • Coach & Develop: Mentor a small team of account executives—helping them grow pipelines, close business, and hit quotas
  • Strategic Selling: Build and package integrated programs that span experiential, digital, and print channels
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and performance tracking for both personal and team pipelines
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, editorial, and production to bring programs to life
  • Portfolio Thinking: Craft sales strategies that leverage the full value of Elomi’s brands—identifying cross-platform opportunities for clients
