The Sales Support Specialist will provide administrative support for quotes, order forms, and billing, and track support issues. They will prepare pricing and deal structures, create and amend order forms, and manage CRM records, including account data and opportunity information. The role also involves liaising with internal departments such as Billing, Legal, and Deal Desk to ensure smooth sales processes and customer support, including participating in customer calls to explain relevant aspects.
