Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and MS Suite is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess a positive attitude with speedy and accurate responses, and maintain a high level of integrity due to confidential data. Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to prioritize tasks and support multiple initiatives. Adaptability to change and a willingness to learn and grow are also important.
The Sales Support Coordinator will manage inbound and outbound customer communications, providing support for sales of systems, membranes, parts, and service. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining requisitions, overseeing parts sales orders, supporting customer satisfaction surveys, entering and tracking RMAs for complaints, submitting workbooks for price increases, and managing customer data. The role also involves supporting commercial projects, assisting with CRM platform implementation, logging proposals, requesting charge numbers, tracking proposals, and pulling monthly reporting. Additionally, the coordinator will manage service and sales orders from entry through invoicing and ensure project completion notifications.
