Requirements

Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in sales engineering, solution architecture, or sales support within the healthcare tech or digital health industry. A strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, including payers, employers, providers, EHRs, claims, and value-based care, is necessary. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to clearly explain complex technical and clinical concepts to non-technical audiences. Familiarity with crafting presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint, experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and navigating RFP processes, and proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Clay are essential. Applicants must be US-based and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

The Sales Support Architect will act as a technical and operational resource for the Sales team during pre-sales activities, primarily supporting either Employer or Health Plan Sales. This role involves conducting deal-specific research to understand target audiences, designing tailored solution architectures that align Twin's capabilities with client needs, and translating clinical, product, and operational information into client-facing documentation. Responsibilities also include collaborating with Product and Clinical teams to stay updated on platform capabilities, partnering with Marketing to refine sales collateral, coordinating pilots or pre-implementation planning, and ensuring the consistency and quality of all client-facing materials.
