Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills, attention to detail with excellent editing and proofreading abilities, and experience in the healthcare benefits industry are essential. A proactive, self-starting mindset and adaptability to dynamic environments are also required. Previous experience with proposal management software and at least two years of relevant experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Proposal and Sales Enablement Specialist will manage the end-to-end proposal submission process, including research, project management, content gathering, and final submission. They will write clear, persuasive proposal content focused on value propositions, benefits, and solutions, customizing each proposal to meet prospect needs while maintaining brand consistency. This role also involves leading content programming for the Sales Enablement team, supporting sales presentations, developing collateral, and managing internal communications. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to planning, content development, and execution of commercial training programs twice a year, coordinating logistics and ensuring alignment with sales processes.
