Job Opportunity: Telemarketing Specialist

Position Overview

ConnectOS is seeking a motivated and skilled Telemarketing Specialist to join our client, a leading business technology company. This remote, full-time position involves business-to-business telemarketing, prospecting, and appointment setting to support our client's mission of streamlining processes for organizations like OPERS.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business-to-business telemarketing, prospecting, and appointment setting.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential customers.
• Make a minimum of 200 dials per day.
• Set a minimum of 5 initial appointments for Account Managers weekly.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management.

Requirements

• Skills:
  • Confidence and passion projected through communications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Proficient visual and typing skills for data entry.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to proficiently use company software, including Auto Dialer – Ring Central, Database, and CRM Programs.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: P45,000 - P55,000 (Monthly Package)
• Schedule: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM EST
