Candidates must possess confidence and passion, projecting these through excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to succeed is essential. Proficiency in visual and typing for data entry, along with basic computer skills and the ability to use company software including Auto Dialer – Ring Central, Database, and CRM Programs, is required.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for business-to-business telemarketing, prospecting, and appointment setting. This includes developing and maintaining a database of potential customers, making a minimum of 200 dials per day, and setting a minimum of 5 initial appointments for Account Managers weekly. Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisors or management will also be undertaken.
