Requirements

Experience in IT Support at a remote-first or startup environment
Strong hands-on experience with macOS and working knowledge of Linux
Experience administering MDM (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Fleet, or similar) and endpoint/security tooling
A practical understanding of IT Security best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication
Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetups or onsite needs
Self-starter who can switch between heads-down execution and team collaboration
Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort wearing “many hats”

Responsibilities

Prioritize excellent service in Slack, email, and our ticketing system
Own and improve the ticketing process
Troubleshoot across hardware, software, peripherals, and identity/access issues
Write self-service docs and how-tos in Confluence
Acquire, image, and maintain endpoints (macOS & Linux)
Manage hardware and software assets end-to-end through our MDM and security tooling
Partner with IT leadership to resolve complex or cross-functional issues
Ensure day-to-day compliance with IT/Security and company policies
Participate in an on-call rotation
Run a smooth employee lifecycle
Work with vendors to order, track, and ship hardware worldwide
