For our Business Unit Pharmaceuticals, we are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) for the sales territory: Saarbrücken - Koblenz - Göttingen - Bayreuth.

Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Manage a sales territory in the Hospital and Retail sectors.
  • Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and support to target groups including medical staff, purchasing departments, pharmacists, nursing staff, and medical technology professionals.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve set sales and profit targets.
  • Budget Management: Act independently with the assigned budget for the respective sales region.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Sustainably and continuously manage assigned customers with a focus on achieving objectives.
  • Strategy Implementation: Execute marketing and sales strategies within the territory.
  • New Business Development: Acquire new customers in the assigned Hospital and Retail sales areas.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and the market, particularly regarding pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Coordination: Coordinate business activities with Key Account Managers, colleagues, and superiors.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    • Pharmaceutical Representative (IHK) or expert knowledge according to §75 AMG.
    • Medical Device Advisor (§ 31 MPG).
  • Experience: Several years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical technology industry, preferably in the outpatient (Retail) sector.
  • Analytical Skills: Knowledge of sales data analysis, preparation, and presentation for decision-making support.
  • Interpersonal Skills: High level of social competence, empathy, responsibility, and initiative.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and assertiveness skills.
  • Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office products and CRM systems.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel.
