Requirements

Candidates must possess a Pharmareferent (IHK) or equivalent knowledge according to §75 AMG or Medizinprodukteberater (§ 31 MPG), with several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry, preferably in the outpatient setting (Retail). Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, as well as analysis of sales figures and presentation of data for decision-making support is required. Excellent social skills, empathy, responsibility, and initiative are also necessary, along with negotiation skills and assertiveness. Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken) and familiarity with MS Office products and CRM systems are essential. Travel readiness is also required.

Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing a sales territory within the Hospital and Retail sectors, providing expert advice and support to target groups, realizing sales and profit targets, acting independently within a budget, providing goal-oriented and sustainable customer care, implementing marketing and sales strategies, acquiring new customers, and coordinating business with KAMs, colleagues, and superiors. They will also conduct competitive and market observations, particularly regarding pricing and contract terms.
