The Territory Manager Market Support role is designed as a pathway position, with an expectation to transition to Territory Manager in approximately 9 to 12 months, as approved by sales leadership.
This is a field-based role frequently outside the office environment, working in variable weather and temperature conditions visiting customers, and requires driving a motor vehicle to customers and prospects.
Required skills include excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities, ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business, exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, competitive spirit and results driven mentality, and problem solving ability and organization.
1+ year of sales experience is preferred, along with foodservice industry, culinary, restaurant management, or hospitality experience.
Strong candidates will have sales experience preferably in foodservice, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, a competitive results-driven mentality, and the ability to cold call and solve problems while working in the field.
