Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and advanced experience with Salesforce and CPQ, with Salesforce Certified Administrator or Certified Advanced Administrator preferred. Experience working within CRM, CPQ, and CLM, along with an understanding of the sales process in a large SaaS organization, is ideal. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to recognize potential obstacles and recommend solutions, are required, alongside proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

The Sales Operations System Administrator will manage and administer back/front office tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, Siebel, and CLM, including updating data sets, creating processes, implementing fields, and producing reports. They will participate in business process analysis, interface with system users to understand requirements, document sales operation processes, assist the Contracts department during high-volume periods, and support user training for sales tools and processes. Additionally, the role involves performing other related duties as assigned and maintaining a strong organizational and detail-oriented approach.
