Requirements

Product Management experience with a CPQ SaaS product is required, along with demonstrated understanding of modern product management techniques and methods. Candidates must possess strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to manage large projects independently, and familiarity with software development, database, and server/client concepts. Knowledge of the MSP industry and the ability to adapt to new technologies are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Agile Methodology, software development lifecycle, and the Atlassian Product Suite.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager is responsible for planning and executing ConnectWise platforms, gathering requirements, designing specifications, managing the product backlog, and coordinating development efforts through implementation and support. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance development, assist partners with product navigation, and identify effective solutions. Responsibilities include defining and driving the product business plan and strategy, researching and analyzing market opportunities and competitive landscapes, and interacting with customers to define market requirements. The Product Manager will also monitor product performance, prioritize the product backlog, and represent ConnectWise at partner engagements and industry events.
