Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Specialist will manage inbound lead distribution and qualification within HubSpot, perform contact research and prospect vetting for outbound sales campaigns, and maintain CRM accuracy by reviewing and enriching company/contact data. They will collaborate with sales, marketing, and client services to streamline processes and improve data workflows, and support the setup and optimization of campaigns, scoring models, automations, and reports. Additionally, the specialist will assist in implementing or improving sales and marketing operations for clients.
