Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for degrees in business, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. A minimum of 4-8 years of experience supporting sales operations, revenue operations, or sales enablement in a B2B technology environment is required. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and Pipedrive, particularly as an administrator or super user, is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel for sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, is essential. Strong analytical, reporting, project management, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are necessary. Telecommunications experience, especially in Cellular DAS and In-Building Wireless, is preferred, as is experience with deal pricing support and margin analysis. Some travel may be required.
The Sales Operations Manager will design and manage sales processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Key duties include maintaining CRM systems for data integrity and pipeline visibility, developing forecasting models and KPIs, and supporting territory planning and sales performance analysis. This role also involves assisting with sales rep onboarding and training. Responsibilities extend to collaborating with teams to create proposals, presentations, and executive summaries, responding to RFPs/RFQs, and drafting SOWs, pricing exhibits, and contracts. Maintaining a template library and tracking win/loss trends are also part of the role. Additionally, the manager will partner with engineering, project delivery, and finance teams to align activities and serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and technical teams.
