Responsibilities

The Sales Support Associate will provide initial assistance to the field sales team by addressing inquiries regarding quotations, product details, pricing, and stock availability. This role involves coordinating equipment order dispatches, communicating with customers, couriers, warehouses, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth delivery of sensitive instrument orders. The associate will liaise with commercial teams to maintain transparency on customer activities and communicate required actions. Responsibilities include utilizing Salesforce.com for recording sales support activities, facilitating the 'goods on approval' process, and managing the return of goods process. The role also entails investigating and responding to customer inquiries related to incorrect or delayed shipments, and participating in product/vendor/systems meetings to stay updated on new product lines and systems.
